Silk-screen printing is a highly specialized process used to print on flat and flexible plastic surfaces, different colors like green, yellow et could be printed on the plastic. During cable or charger production, silk-screen printing is usually used on the ABS shell.
How does your logo is printed on the iPhone cable?
Firstly, we need to make the printing frame which your logo is on the frame
Secondly, fix the frame and ABS shell to make sure the ink transfer to the correct place on the ABS shell
Lastly, apply a layer of ink on the frame, the ink will be transferred to the ABS shell, and let the ink dry.
